Song of the Day – Thursday 9/9/2010 Ted Leo and the Pharmacists September 9, 2010

Punk rockers, Ted Leo and the Pharmacists released their sixth studio album, The Brutalist Bricks on Matador Records on 3/9/2010.

In the video for “Bottled in Cork,” Paul F. Tompkins convinces Ted and the Rx’s to sell out by making a punk rock Broadway musical (sorta like those American Idiots).  The video also features John Hodgman, Julie Klausner, and Titus Andronicus frontman Patrick Stickles.  The video can also be seen on Funny Or Die.
